Hey everyone! Steve "Dangle" Glynn here. I'll be in Philadelphia with Canucks Army overlord Dimitri Filipovic for this year's NHL Entry Draft! We'll be gathering lots of content, some team specific and some that everyone can enjoy, so I hope you like it! I'm not in Philly just yet but I wanted to get a head start with interviews of some of this year's draft prospects. Thanks for reading!

Hello Canada and hockey fans in the United States andNewfoundland…and the rest of the world too because this is the Internet, after all.
I’ve been watching the playoffs a lotlately. I mean my Leafs aren’t in it but I’m pretty used tothat by now. Still, there’s something to be said about watchinghockey without a bias.

Winning is the only stat that matters.
Just kidding. Other statistics show things that lead to winning, making wins easier to predict and come by. Duh.
Here’s a stat: If you don’t continue reading this post then you won’t win any of the awesome prizes I’m going to tell you about.

Money is used for a lot of things.
Money pays the salaries of the hockey players we talk about. Money pays for the dentist appointment those players need after a rough game. Money even pays for the food we feed to the hamster we have running in a wheel to keep the power on at The Nation Network office. His name is Bruce.
How about your money?

Usually when you come face-to-face with a glare like that, it means you done goofed, or you play for Ottawa. Now it could be because you’re training with him and Steven Stamkos.
Wait what?!?! Oh, you heard me.
Gary Roberts as in the man-beast who terrorized the league for parts of three decade. Steven Stamkos as in the guy who sniped 60 goals in a season. You could be hanging out with these guys. Well, not really “hanging out,” per se. Allow me to explain…
The offseason is getting shorter and shorter. You can’t just let your fitness go to crap in the summer, because once the season fires up again, you’ll look like a pylon out there.
Enter: the last team standing
The Nike Hockey Facebook experience at www.lastteamstanding.ca lets players create a team with their friends and show how they’re dedicating the summer to training. The page has training videos designed by Gary Roberts, and Toronto’s strength and conditioning coach from 2002-2009, Matt Nichol. Obviously, these two guys know their stuff.
But Steve, what’s in it for me? I’ll tell you, whatever your name is!
