Timo Meier is one of the best pure scorers in this year's draft and is a dynamic winger. He is among a fairly large group of draft eligibles this year who could be NHL ready. He could be one of the first 10 names called at the 2015 Entry Draft.

The first matchup of the second round is set, as the Calgary Flames came back from a 3-0 deficit in game six to take down the Vancouver Canucks, earning them a series in the Pacific Division Final with the Anaheim Ducks, who just finished sweeping the Winnipeg Jets earlier this week. This seems like a mismatch on paper, but knowing the Flames, pretty much anything is possible. Despite being outplayed in pretty much every single underlying measure in the first round, the Flames continued to do what they did all season and find a way to win when pretty much everyone expected them to lose. The Ducks ripped apart the Jets in what looked like a much closer series than it actually was. The Jets barely trailed for the entire series, but the Ducks controlled play at even strength and in the third period, earning them a pretty east sweep.
While it is pretty easy to say that the Ducks are heavy favorites heading into this series, the Flames have managed to find a way to defy odds and statistics all season, including the first round. When will they hit a wall? Can they keep this up against the Ducks? Let’s take a look.

The teams in the Western Conference have each played three games, and unfortunately for Winnipeg, only one team looks like they have their first round victory in the bag. The Ducks own a commanding 3-0 series lead after spoiling Winnipeg's homecoming, while the Flames, Hawks, and Wild head into their fourth games with 2-1 leads.
Who's going to move on? Let's take a look.

The Eastern Conference teams, aside from the Lightning and Red Wings, have made it through three games, and pretty much everything is going as expected. Despite being tied 1-1, the Lightning have dominated the Wings, the Habs hold a commanding 3-0 lead over the Senators who have been playing playoff hockey for two months now, and the Rangers and Islanders are doing their best to make sure we see a Battle of New York this year.
